1. From London by train: trains are in operation from London, Charing Cross to Ashford. There are three trains each hour departing at the following times:

   Depart Charing Cross		Arrive Ashford
   09.06		10.20
   09.30		10.46
   10.00		11.12

   These times remain the same up to and including the 16.06 service. After this time the trains run just as frequently but at different times. [16.29, 16.50, 17.13, 17.35, 17.57, 18.14]
   
   
2. Trains also depart hourly from London, Victoria station to Ashford.

   These times remain the same up to and including the 15.18 service. After this time the trains run more frequently but at different times. [16.17, 16.57, 17.24, 17.58]
   
   
3. From Gatwick Airport by train: trains go into central London but also across country to Ashford. Take a train to either Victoria or Charing Cross station to connect with any of the above services or use any of the following options:

   These times remain the same up to and including the 15.31 service. Again the are services running later but at different times past the hour.

4. From Heathrow Airport by train: it is necessary to travel to either Victoria or Charing Cross stations to connect with any of the above services to get to Ashford. This can be done either by taking the underground service (Piccadilly Line) to either of these stations (this will require one change onto the District Line). Alternatively, the Heathrow Express is a mainline service that operates between the airport and Paddington Station with services running every fifteen minutes and a journey time of only fifteen minutes. An underground journey is then necessary to either of the above stations for connecting services to Ashford.
   
   NOTE: Please allow at least one hour for all underground journeys and one and a half hours for the journey on the Piccadilly line from Heathrow Airport.
   
   
5. If you would prefer to travel by Coach timetables from Heathrow and Gatwick Airports follow:

   Once at Ashford the best way to get to Wye college is by taxi. There is a train station at Wye and trains run there from Ashford. However, once at the station, Withersdane Hall the venue for the conference, is approximately a mile walk, uphill!
   
   
6. Taxis are available at Ashford Station. A taxi from Ashford to Wye should cost a maximum of �10.00.
   
   
7. Parking: For any delegates driving to Wye there are large car parks at Withersdane Hall. Delegates are asked not to park their cars in the drives or the forecourt of the College.
