General Information:

Venue
The Meeting is to be hosted by the University of Keele: a campus based University with all lecture theatres and accommodation at a short distance from each other on site. The Society registration desk will be located in the foyer of the University's 24-hour reception on Monday 19 July (between 17.00 and 19.00), and thereafter it will be in the Exhibition Hall of the Chancellor's Building (between 09.00 and 17.00 each day). The Exhibition Hall will also be the location for Poster sessions and for tea and coffee breaks.

Accommodation
Standard and En-suite rooms are available at Lindsay Court. The charge for this booking is inclusive of lunch the following day, in line with Keele Conference Park's charge system. Pre-booked dinners will be available to those delegates arriving on Monday 19 July. Please make this booking on your registration form.

Travel
By Road:
If traveling from the North or South, leave the M6 motorway at Junction 15 and follow the A519 to Newcastle-under-Lyme, then the A525 Whitchurch road to Keele. From the East follow the main roads to Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme, then the A525 to Keele. From the West approach by the A525 road. Car parking is available, please request a permit when you register.

By Rail: Information line: 0345 48 49 50
The nearest railway stations are Stoke-on-Trent (5 miles) and Crewe (11 miles). From London Euston services run hourly to Stoke-on-Trent and the journey takes about 1 hour 45 minutes. Buses run regularly from both train stations to the University and take approximately 34 minutes from Stoke and 36 minutes from Crewe. Alternatively Taxis are available outside each station and typically the journey takes 15-20 minutes from Stoke and 20-25 from Crewe.

By Air:
London (Heathrow or Gatwick) Airports: travel to central London (via coach, train or taxi) and to Euston station for journey by rail to Stoke-on-Trent Station.
Manchester International Airport: take a taxi or bus to Manchester Piccadilly Station and travel by rail to Stoke-on-Trent or Crewe Stations (a taxi direct from the airport to Keele takes approximately 50 minutes).
Birmingham International Airport: take a taxi or bus to Birmingham New Street and travel by rail to Stoke-on-Trent Station.
